Our dishes are carefully prepared by executive chef Marc Giesbers and his team. Sustainability plays an important role in our hotel, including in the kitchen. As far as possible, we use ingredients that come from the immediate vicinity of Venlo or have been responsibly grown.
We also offer sustainable portions to reduce food waste. These are dishes we offer in smaller portions. On the menu, you will see two prices behind these dishes. The lowest price is the price for the sustainable portion.
Our restaurants are open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. On the à la carte menu, you will of course find our Valk Classics. Our chef has a penchant for traditional, Oriental and vegetarian cuisine.
You can also expect the tastiest buffets: the Live Cooking dinner buffet every Saturday and the Sunday Brunch every Sunday.
